The aerial photos from Google Earth show that no:25 (marked) enjoys the prime position close to the river and in the centre of the landscaped gardens. The peninsula nature of the marina is clearly seen.  Private fishing is allowed around the marina and there is a short cut pathway to the bridge and village centre.
