No: 25 is a 2 bedroom  (double and twin) self catering holiday cottage, sleeping 4, set in a prime riverside location right in the heart of Wroxham, capital of the Norfolk Broads, with views of Wroxham Bridge, or the river Bure from all rooms.  The cottage has it’s own mooring right outside the cottage and private fishing from the marina and a 100 m of riverbank in the shared landscaped gardens.
